Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Bluehost. When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and device information, referrer, response status, and transferred data volume. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only for as long as required for these purposes or applicable legal obligations.

Contact form and email

If you contact us through the form, we process your name, email address, the information you provide about your product or enquiry, and any optional organisation, enquiry type, or milestone details. The submission is handled by our Bluehost hosting environment and delivered to us through Google Workspace. We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry.

Where your message concerns a possible or existing engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, subject to legal retention requirements.

Service providers and international processing

Our hosting and email providers process personal data on our behalf to provide their services. Depending on their infrastructure, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies.

Your rights
